737 Full Motion Flight Simulator Workshop

Human Factors evolved from the aviation industry where human error has been documented as a primary contributor to more than 70% of commercial aircraft accidents. Even the most highly skilled and diligent professionals can deliver an inconsistent performance, purely because they are human.

In collaboration with Flybe Training Academy we use their full motion 737 flight simulator and aviation experts to give teams a fully immersive flying experience. We are able to simulate real time aircraft emergency scenarios to enable teams to problem solve, think analytically and most importantly to see if they can 'think outside the box'. We are able to put teams safely under pressure in a controlled environment to monitor how they respond to stress, how this affects their communication, as well as decision making and situational awareness. We then provide feedback from our aviation training professionals who have extensive debriefing experience. This feedback can be used by your organisation to make specific objectives for the teams or individuals involved and we can continue to provide advice in a support role.
